Well hello once again! Today marks the last day of my entering month (regardless of how many days i’ve actually been in). That means I had to put in an order in order to get my free consultant gift, which is one item throughout the entire catelog. AMAZING! I made sure to make that item the Hydrating lotion in the SeaSource Detox Spa set. Oh yes!

Because of all the deals and bonuses going on, I ended up getting alot for relatively little. I got my mom body stuff from the RE9 line. I got for myself the 7 day cleanse dietary supplement from the SeaSource set. I’m excited to clean out my system. Oh yes! I got many more goodies that I will be able to write about when I get them. I’m super excited! oh yes!

So I would like to tell you all how amazing this all is. First off, as I’ve stated elsewhere, I began my Arbonne business on April 19th. One way that this process works is that as a person who is not yet an independent consultant hosts an Arbonne party where some independent consultants come and show you the product. There are great deals and bonuses for hosting a party (for example, if at the party the sales reach $250 of retail value, the host gets a $100 item at retail value for $20).

Well, I knew that I wanted to look into becoming an Independent Consultant and I hosted my first party. I also got a Host Gift and booked my party for the 19th! (About the Host Gift: my now up-line let me choose out of several special cases and if I chose to host a party I got to open it and receive whatever was inside – this is for motivation of booking parties, and it works! My gift was body wash. To my knowledge this is something that just my up-line does to promote booking parties). I invited several girls from my work. I currently work as a cashier for a little store here on the Boise State Campus. I invited my manager, whose name is Bridget, and when the party finally happened that weekend, Bridget was the only one who could really attend. This kind of bummed me out because I didn’t want it to seem awkward for her. She brought 2 of her young daughters and they just played around the whole time. I was really surprised when Bridget showed a lot of interest for the business aspect of Arbonne (as well as the products, of course!)

So as it turns out, my very first party that I host was so successful! Bridget became my first business builder, meaning that she is now one of the “legs” I stand on in getting my business off the ground. I feel very fortunate because Bridget is a smart lady due to her being in a managerial position. I’m just this little 21 (almost!) year old who doesn’t know much about the business world! But that is so cool because Arbonne allows you to learn all of this as you go without being overwhelmed.

So, yes, this is simple. The idea of Arbonne is simple, but it’s not easy. It takes dedication and discipline to make it work. I know that this will open up the door for getting more responsibility and opportunity and I am very excited. Yay!

Alrighty.

So this lotion is CRAZY AMAZING!!!!

I can’t even exlpain to you how it makes me feel! ha ha! This will sound crazy but I actually don’t own it yet. I am more than excited to have it as mine, though! At my first party a while back (the 19th haha) my up-line, Deb, let me try some of this lotion. It is party of the new Detox Spa set and, let me tell you, it glides on like silk and has a very very appealing scent. The bottle it comes in is 12 fl. oz. and its alot.

You know how alot of lotions wash off after you wash your hands just once. You know that feeling, silky wonderfulness and then as you wash it all just goes by-by. It’s a sad thing. I have found myself lotioning up alot after everytime I wash my hands because it keeps just washing off. The night I tried this I had drank a bit too much coffee (you know what I mean, eh eh?) and went to the restroom a couple of times and washed my hands afterwards (as we all should *wink*) and the lotion was still there. My hands were still moisturized and it was AMAZING!
I think it is this single product that I am most excited about in Arbonne. The lotion is listed at $50 on the Arbonne website, but with the membership consultant fee (that anyone can get regardless of wanting to be a consultant or not) you can get it at 35% off which makes it $32.50. That is NOT bad with this product. Even the $50 is worth it.

The product sells itself.

As I get more experience with the various products, I’ll let you all in on what I discover and find out about it.

Well, this is new beginnings indeed. I became an Independent Consultant with Arbonne International on April 19, 2008. It is my hopes that this blog will allow my readers into my thoughts and experiences concerning Arbonne and its products. I hope that you can see that Arbonne can be done by even the most nieve and seemingly insignificant person who has hopes and dreams.

In our day and age here in America, a man or woman is confined to the demands of this fast paced society where the “American Dream” isn’t much of a dream at all. People become stoic about life and wake up each day just to find themselves back in bed and not really knowing where the day went. Our lives are made up of a lifeless routine and we aren’t able to provide for others what we truly wish we could. We want the best for our loved ones and it seems we are never able to deliver.

That, you could say, would be one of my ”Why”s of jumping into a network marketing business. I know nothing about business or marketing so this is very much a new beginning for me. I have a great upline (which are the women who I’m under in the network marketing. We are a team and they have the knowledge and experience to help me out whenever I need it), and nothing to lose.

One of my biggest ”why”s is to do ministry and have the funds to bless others. It is true that once a consultant gets up to Regional Vice President they are given a Mercedes Benz and then the money to pay it off each month, but honestly, that is not my current desire. It could be yours, sure, but I would rather bless someone with my earnings.

Another ”why” of mine is my desire to one day be a stay - at - home mom. Again referring to our culture, I think it is vital that parents be the ones to raise their kids, and set good examples for them, and so I am going to do all I can to be a right and godly model for them. I can’t do that if I have a full time out of the house job that I have to go to in order to make ends meet. It is a rarity for a family to live off of one income these days.

Well, we shall surely see what happens with all of this and I am excited that I’m not alone on this journey.

May all glory and honor go to God, because if He were not a part of my life, then who knows where I’d be.
